Lively, sweet and surprisingly complex, this honey processed Gesha from Finca El Venado features lively fresh lemon topnotes balanced by pear sweetness, caramel richness and a lingering cocoa finish for a coffee that's outstanding black or add cream for an even richer, sweeter cup.

Suggested Roast Level: City or Full City to heighten lively topnotes, Vienna for an even sweeter, richer cup.
